J. David Morrissy

David is the co-head of the Firm’s Washington, DC Office, and a member of the its Real Estate and Construction, Employment and Workforce Management, and Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Groups. His unique ability to specialize in three diverse areas of law – combining expansive experience counseling clients through commercial real estate transactions, employment and workplace issues, and complex business litigation – allows him to craft efficient, innovative, sophisticated, and comprehensive solutions for clients to manage risk and pinpoint opportunities wherever their business intersects with legal challenges.
