Elizabeth Dennis joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2024. Elizabeth is a member of our Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions and Health Care team. She will be involved in, among other things, providing advice to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other for-profit and not-for-profit clients.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth worked as an intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group in LegalHealth, an intern for the New York Attorney General in the Health Care Bureau, an extern for New Jersey District Court Judge Esther Salas, and a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law School Health Justice Clinic. Elizabeth also received the 2024 Seton Hall Law awards for Excellence in Health Law and Outstanding Contribution to the Health Justice Clinic.
