Kathy is a Principal at Withum and a highly accomplished, results driven healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in healthcare consulting and revenue cycle management. She brings deep expertise in client relationship management, service line leadership, end-to-end revenue cycle optimization, denials management, and compliance and audit program development.

Kathy is known for her collaborative approach and is passionate about partnering with healthcare organizations to navigate the financial and operational challenges of an increasingly complex, margin pressure environment. She works closely with clients to develop practical, sustainable solutions that improve performance, strengthen compliance, and drive measurable outcomes.

Her diverse leadership background includes senior executive roles at the Vice President level within large academic medical centers as well as significant tenure in consulting organizations. Notably, she served as Vice President at BESLER Consulting, where she built and led a national Medicare underpayment recovery service line, delivering full service capabilities and generating over $50 million in annual recoveries. This combination of provider side and advisory experience allows Kathy to bring a well-rounded, strategic perspective to her work and deliver meaningful value to the organizations she serves.
