Daniel Blum
Daniel Blum has served as Chief Executive Officer of ENT & Allergy Associates (ENTA) since 2023, leading the nation’s largest physician-led ear, nose, throat, and allergy specialty practice, which provides care to patients across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. With more than 40 years of healthcare experience across urban and suburban hospitals and healthcare systems, Mr. Blum is a driven healthcare executive with a passion for high-quality clinical care, positive financial outcomes, and exceptional service value.
Prior to joining ENTA, Mr. Blum served as President of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, an academic and tertiary medical center. In addition, he oversaw Grace Medical Center (a community hospital), the Baltimore Child Abuse Center, and the West Baltimore Renaissance Foundation- all part of LifeBridge Health. Prior to LifeBridge, Mr. Blum was President and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, a 240-bed regional hospital in Sleepy Hollow, New York, and a member of the Northwell Health System. Mr. Blum also held leadership positions at White Plains Hospital, Stellaris Health Network, St. Vincent Hospital, and New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. A resident of Westchester County, New York, Mr. Blum began his career as a paramedic and emergency medical services educator and supervisor before transitioning to hospital administration. Blum has served on the Boards of numerous community and healthcare entities, including the Hospital Association of NYS. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from New York University.
