Ace Health Partners

CEO and Managing Partner

For over 23 years, Alison Wishengrad has helped healthcare organizations secure stronger contracts and improve financial performance. A recognized expert in managed care contracting, payer negotiations, and performance optimization, she founded Ace Health Partners to guide providers and investors through today’s complex and rapidly evolving reimbursement landscape.

Alison has led consulting engagements with physician groups, hospitals, and digital health companies—delivering measurable gains in revenue, network access, and strategic positioning. Her expertise spans fee-for-service and value-based contracting, payer dispute resolution, and market strategy and access. Alison oversees Ace’s application of data-driven analytics including claims analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking to inform contracting and payer negotiations. She also leads managed care due diligence efforts for healthcare investors by modeling revenue potential and evaluating contract language.

Before launching Ace, Alison spent more than two decades at Gold Health Strategies, Inc., a management consulting firm based in New York City, where she built long-term partnerships with providers and payers. She holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a BA from Brandeis University.
