The Nassau Academy of Law CLE “How Not to Put Your Clients In “Jeopardy”: What is, “Update Their Employee Handbooks?”

Garfunkel Wild’s Marianne Monroy, Salvatore Puccio & Lauren Levine will present on The Nassau Academy of Law CLE “How Not to Put Your Clients in “Jeopardy”: What is, “Update Their Employee Handbooks?” on October 5, 2021.

This CLE will provide a fresh new perspective on employee handbook updates, including the New York Health and Essential Rights Act (NY HERO Act); NYS and NYC Paid Leave laws and Anti-Harassment provisions.  The discussion will include key provisions of the law as well as required notices and information.  The CLE will also provide practical guidance on guidelines and recent enforcement by State and local agencies.

The CLE is provided by the Nassau Academy of Law and pre-registration is required through the Academy.
