In an effort to make the medical equipment waiver process more efficient, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) has changed the submission requirements for Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) across the State. This session will explain the waiver process and provide clarity on what steps ACFs should take to get their waivers approved and remain compliant with State regulations.
