Garfunkel Wild’s Sandra M. Jensen will present the webinar “How to Become Designated as a New York State Children’s HCBS Provider” on December 5, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. (ET).
New York State designates providers to deliver Children’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to children and youth under the age of 21 who meet certain eligibility requirements. HCBS services are meant to support eligible children and their families in order to prevent out-of-home placement and enable these children to remain at home and in the community. This webinar will provide an overview of the NYS Children’s HCBS Program and outline the requirements for designation as an HCBS provider.
