Garfunkel Wild’s Debra A. Silverman will co-present “What Hospitals Should Know About the Legal and Regulatory Landscape Going into 2024” at the HFMA Metropolitan New York Chapter – 2024 Revenue Cycle Academy, on February 9, 2024.
The presentation will highlight recent changes to the Medicare and Medicare Advantage regulations and discuss ways to approach these changes with Medicare Advantage plans. The presenters will report on 340B updates and how to proceed with in-network and out-of-network Medicare Advantage plans. There will be a discussion about the recent rules regarding the No Surprises Act, including the Independent Dispute Resolution process.
