April 16, 2019 is National Health Care Decisions Day, an annual public service project sponsored by the New York State Bar Association and designed to explain legal procedures and documents to help New Yorkers make better, more informed health care and financial decisions.
This year’s topic is “Know Your Choices, Share Your Wishes.” This webinar will allow you to understand what you need to do to maintain control and achieve peace of mind by ensuring your wishes will be honored. The following topics will be discussed:
