Garfunkel Wild Partner/Director Jeffry Adest presented the webinar “Preparing for an OSV; Practical Tips” on February 6, 2020. This webinar is part of our Achieving Compliance and Operational Success for FQHCs webinar series.
Federally Qualified Health Centers and Look Alikes (“FQHCs”) can expect to experience a HRSA Operational Site Visit (“OSV”) at least once every three years. As part of the OSV, HRSA reviews the FQHC’s compliance with the various statutory and regulatory requirements of the Health Center Program. This session discussed the key components of the HRSA Compliance Manual and provided listeners with practical strategies for ensuring full compliance as well as insight into how to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls.
