Garfunkel Wild Webinar Series – Achieving Compliance & Operational Success for FQHCs – FTCA Compliance & Preparing for an FTCA Specific On-Site Visit – November 20, 2019

Garfunkel Wild Introduces Complimentary Webinar Series - Achieving Compliance & Operational Success for FQHCs

Operating a Federally Qualified Health Center/Look-Alike (FQHC) has become quite challenging. FQHCs are required to abide by requirements placed on them by HRSA and other Federal and State agencies, while at the same time managing numerous issues that may arise day-to-day. Understanding these requirements and receiving guidance on operationalizing them, while at the same time thinking strategically, is critical to an FQHC’s success. In this series, we will provide listeners with practical advice to successfully address common challenges faced by FQHCs as well as strategic options available to FQHCs for expansion and alignment with other providers.

First Webinar: FTCA Compliance & Preparing for an FTCA Specific On-Site Visit

Garfunkel Wild Partner/Director Jeffry Adest and Partner Sandra Jensen will present the webinar “FTCA Compliance and Preparing for an FTCA Specific On-Site Visit” on November 20, 2019.

This webinar will discuss:
Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Claims Management and Credentialing and Privileging activities have increasingly become more important to HRSA. In January 2019, HRSA issued a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) specific Site Visit Protocol and has begun to perform FTCA on-site visits. These FTCA on-site visits are conducted over two days and are focused on Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Claims Management, and Credentialing and Privileging activities to a much more detailed extent than required for FTCA applications.
Join us for this webinar which will focus on FTCA Compliance and preparing for an FTCA on-site visit.
