As students begin going back to school this fall, there are many scenarios facing employers pertaining to leave requests under new federal and state laws, including applicable leave options under the FFCRA. This webinar is intended to reference those leave laws and an employer’s obligation to provide leave, plus practical guidance on how to maintain work quality and productivity.
