Frank J. Tantone joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2018 as an Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration and Employment Law Practice Groups. Mr. Tantone advises clients in civil litigation, arbitrations, appeals, hearings, and mediations. His practice includes a wide variety of legal issues involving the healthcare industry, employment relationships, and torts.
Mr. Tantone’s employment law practice focuses on defense in litigation concerning employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistleblower cases. He represents clients in court, along with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Mr. Tantone received his B.S. in Business Management, cum laude, from St. John’s University and his J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
