Steven is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and high-stakes business disputes across a broad range of industries and legal issues. Steven represents clients in matters involving fraud, breach of contract, intellectual property, landlord-tenant disputes, and employment law, as well as emerging issues relating to technology, privacy, and social media.
Steven earned his B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Law Review. Following law school, Steven clerked for the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Frankel, an accomplished litigator, has joined the firm as a partner in its Garden City, New York office serving in the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Steven will focus on complex commercial litigation and employment matters.
