Marc A. Sittenreich is an Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which he joined in 2014. He is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sittenreich was an attorney in the Health Care Division of the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition. He began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn E. Demarest, Presiding Justice of the Kings County Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
Mr. Sittenreich received his B.A., summa cum laude, in 2007 from Tufts University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2011 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Review and elected to Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
