Terence A. Russo is the Co-Chair of the Health Care Information and Technology practice group.  He is also a member of the firm’s Health Care and HIPAA Compliance practice groups.

Mr. Russo advises health care clients on a wide variety of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters with his primary focus on completing strategic and commercial technology transactions.  His extensive experience in the health care technology area assists clients in successfully navigating the risks and benefits of health care technology transactions.  His broad experience with license, clinical, revenue cycle and other types of technology agreements allows him to advise clients on industry standards which streamlines negotiations and leads to better client outcomes.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Russo's practice has included a wide range of corporate transactions and service agreements for hospitals, nursing homes, health plans, physician groups and other health care clients.

Mr. Russo also provides a regulatory analysis and compliance reviews for health care transactions and handles a broad range of commercial transactions regarding the acquisition and distribution of software, hardware and other medical technology rights and products.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Health Lawyer's Association.

Mr. Russo received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Dallas in 1995 and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1998.
