Michelle Scanlon joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2022. She is a member of the firm’s Finance and Banking Practice Group, which represents borrowers, including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing providers, ambulatory care facilities, physician practices, and other medical providers, as well as commercial banks and other traditional and non-traditional funding entities, in a variety of complex and sophisticated financing transactions. She is also a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Practice Group which provides advice to a wide range of clients on transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked for the United State District Court, Eastern District of New York, as a judicial intern for the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson, Magistrate Judge.
