Mark Rodriguez joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2026. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, which represents clients in all phases of civil litigation before both state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as an associate at a national litigation firm, representing clients through all stages of litigation and gaining substantial courtroom and case management experience.

Mark gained practical experience through his judicial internship with the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield, U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y.
