Biography
Justin M. Vogel's practice focuses predominantly on representing business entities, individuals, health care providers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals in complex business and employment disputes in the areas of: unfair competition and restrictive covenants; “No-Fault” claim disputes between physicians and carriers; health care reimbursement disputes; defense of physicians, physician practice groups and other health care entities against claims brought under the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”); secured financing and “factoring” arrangements; commercial and real estate disputes; real estate broker commission disputes;  discrimination and retaliation employment claims; landlord/tenant, and warehousing disputes.

Justin has substantial commercial trial mediation and arbitration experience, and often appears in New York State and federal courts on a wide-range of commercial and health care matters. Justin has also argued a number of appeals before the New York Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.

Justin prides himself on developing strategies to obtain cost-effective solutions for commercial entities and individuals embroiled in contract and other significant business disputes.  

Prior to joining Garfunkel Wild, PC, Justin was an associate in a boutique commercial litigation firm on Long Island with a focus on secured financing and equipment leasing disputes. Justin was also an associate in the corporate practice group of an international law firm.
