Carmen E. Jule is an Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which she joined in 2014. She is a member of the firm's Health Care and Compliance and White Collar Defense practice groups, which advise clients in criminal, civil and regulatory government actions, as well as assisting clients in implementing fraud and abuse compliance programs.
Prior to joining Garfunkel Wild, Ms. Jule was an Agency Attorney at the New York City Human Resources Administration, in the Child Support Litigation and Program Counseling Unit, where she represented the Department of Social Services in child support and paternity cases.
Ms. Jule is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Hispanic National Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Jule received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2011. She is a graduate of The George Washington University, where she received a B.A., magna cum laude, in International Affairs in 2007.
