John P. Kraljic practice includes corporate transactions for hospitals, physicians other health care industry providers. He has extensive experience in structuring asset and stock acquisition agreements, license agreements, and employment and retention agreements. Many of these agreements require the submission of applications to regulatory agencies.
In addition, John has worked on matters relating to not-for-profit corporate governance and tax issues for large and small hospital and health system clients. He is also particularly adept at interpreting fraud and abuse laws, rules and regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced corporate law and corporate bankruptcy.
