Jason Hsi joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2006. He is a member of the firm's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, which advises clients on a range of litigation issues in both state and federal courts, as well as the  Employment Law group.

Jason is experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business and health care litigation. He has a broad range of litigation experience handling complex commercial litigation and business disputes, including managed care and reimbursement issues, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction litigation, landlord-tenant and real estate matters, employment law, and discrimination cases. He has counseled both individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation and appeals, in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration.

Since 2018, Jason has served on the Board of Trustees of Alternatives for Children, a not-for-profit educational organization providing quality special and regular education programs, therapies, and developmental services to children with disabilities and typically developing peers.

Besides playing Pickleball and hiking in his free time, Jason enjoys playing and watching baseball/softball with his three children.
