Emma Picone joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2026. She is a member of the firm’s Finance and Banking Practice Group, which represents borrowers, including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing providers, ambulatory care facilities, physician practices, and other medical providers, as well as commercial banks and other traditional and non-traditional funding entities, in a variety of complex and sophisticated financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Emma worked for a local law firm representing hard money lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She represented buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate closings from initiation to completion.
