Alex is the Co-Chair of Garfunkel Wild’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Alex represents clients in all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and other strategic relationships. Alex represents clients in many different industries, and has significant experience representing physicians and physician groups, physician management companies, private equity-backed platforms, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other clients in the healthcare industry. Alex advises on all stages of the M&A process, from the term sheet to closing. He expertly and efficiently manages transactional signings and closings, and is a seasoned negotiator on all types of transaction documents. Alex also advises on business structuring, and all types of organizational and other agreements for practices and health care facilities.
