Joshua specializes in a wide array of complex real estate and finance transactions including mortgage, asset-backed and unsecured loans, tax-exempt and taxable bond financings and refinancings, buying, selling, financing, and leasing a full spectrum of real estate holdings, and acquisitions and sales of health care facilities and other businesses, including advising on the structure, diligence, negotiation of the terms, and closing of such transactions. In connection with his practice, Joshua also assists clients in negotiating and drafting a wide array of entity governance documents and commercial contracts.
 
Prior to joining Garfunkel Wild, P.C., Joshua assisted institutional lenders, investment banking firms, commercial banks, and public and private REITs in connection with mortgage loans, equity investments and mezzanine debt. He also represented institutional lenders in connection with direct bond purchases in connection with tax-exempt bond issuances.
