Amanda S. Bhikhari is a Partner at Garfunkel Wild, which she joined in 2021. She is a member of the firm's Health Care and Business Practice Groups, which advise clients on a host of health care and general corporate transactional matters.

Ms. Bhikhari has advised health care providers, health systems and practices on corporate governance and transactions, real estate issues, technology contracts, mergers, sales and acquisitions, state and federal regulatory compliance, federal Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and HIPAA compliance, as well as resident and graduate medical education issues. She has been involved with the implementation and deployment of creative and strategic business solutions for health care clients with extensive experience in the creation of integrative alignments across corporations, provider types, health systems, health care providers and suppliers.

Ms. Bhikhari is very familiar with the operations of hospitals given her experience as serving as Associate General Counsel of Nicklaus Children’s Health System and Associate General Counsel of Shands Hospital / University of Florida Health System. She also served, as General Counsel to Flagler Investment Group, where her role included negotiating and drafting partnership and joint venture agreements with global investors from Latin America, China and the United States. As an Associate at a prominent healthcare law firm, she focused on the representation of both physicians and healthcare institutions.

Ms. Bhikhari received a J.D.  from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, her Master in Health Administration from the University of Florida, College of Health Professions and a B.A. from University of Florida, Warrington College of Business Administration.
