Adrian Altunkara focuses his practice on corporate health care transactions for various clients such as acute and long term care facilities, ambulatory care facilities, professional practices, ancillary service providers, and other members in the health care industry. Mr. Altunkara advises clients on a host of general commercial, health care and compliance matters, business structuring, sales and acquisitions of various health care entities, related tax issues, and employment and equity ownership agreements.
During law school, Mr. Altunkara served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Christopher R. Kazlau, J.S.C in the Superior Court of New Jersey and was a legislative intern at the New Jersey Law Revision Commission.
Mr. Altunkara received his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2015, and his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018, where he was also a member of the Legislative Journal.
