If you are a physician or a physician practice that uses Greenway Health LLC electronic health record (“EHR”) products to calculate Meaningful Use / Promoting Interoperability measures in relation to the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, be advised that Greenway has identified certain of its products as having made miscalculations. The NY State Department of Health (“DOH”) is aware of this issue and is advising Eligible Professionals (providers who are eligible to attest to the New York Medicaid EHR Incentive Program) that deadline accommodations will be provided to impacted Greenway product users for 2018 Meaningful Use attestations. Eligible Professionals should check DOH’s website (https://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/medicaid/redesign/ehr/repository/greenway_list.htm) for the Greenway EHR Certification products at issue. If you are using any of the listed Greenway products, email the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program at hit@health.ny.gov to receive instructions about the attestation process for 2018 Meaningful Use.
