Andrew Schuman joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 2022.  He works on transactional matters for hospitals and health systems with a primary focus on technology contracts.  Andrew’s work spans a wide variety of contracts such as licensing arrangements, revenue cycle solutions, electronic health records agreements, and other software, hardware, and service contracts.

While in law school, Andrew served as the Managing Editor of Articles for Volume 39 of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal, in which his Note on the subject of protecting employee health screening data was published.
