Nicole F. Gade’s practice includes representation of federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), hospitals, nursing homes and other health care entities in connection with corporate transactional and health care regulatory issues. Nicole has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including stock and asset acquisitions, professional services agreements, management services agreements, and employment agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as Assistant General Counsel of 21st Century Oncology, a national provider of cancer treatment services (January 2009 through December 2014), where she advised on a variety of matters often encountered by health care providers, including corporate governance and transactions, state and federal regulatory compliance, including federal Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and HIPAA compliance, as well as employment law matters.
